Eindhoven has a registered 100 m2 of parks in the Stadswandelpark and the Henri Dunant park are popular attractions. Eindhoven has an active nightlife. From discotheques to grand cafés, Eindhoven has many hideouts and getaways for its citizens. On the cultural aspect Eindhoven has many museums for modern art as well as classic art. A highlight is the Van Abbemuseum which houses works by Picasso, Kandinsky, Chagall and Mondriaan to name a few. Other venues of note are the vintage Philips light bulb factory, the DAF museum and the Dutch Design week.
