Dutch Branch
There are no different types of branches in the Netherlands. When you have decided to use a Dutch branch for your business, the next step is to incorporate your branch with the help of a Dutch notary and registering your branch in the Trade Register. You can conduct your business as you wish by renting an office space (via a real estate broker) or employing an agent.
The procedure for setting up a Dutch branch:
  • Registration in the trade register
  • Fulfilling the administration requirements
  • Fulfilling the balance sheet and P&L requirements
  • Registration with the tax authority
  • Subjected to the Dutch corporate tax and the tax return must be filed
