Administration requirements for your branch

A Dutch branch is obliged by law to keep a good and proper administration of all its rights and obligations. The management of the branch is legally obliged to prepare a balance sheet and profit & loss account of the company within 6 months after the financial year-end. The administration should be kept for a period of 7 years.

A Dutch branch is not obliged to file its financial statements with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. However, a non-Dutch resident legal entity branch holders are obliged to file their financial statements with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce when they have a filing obligation in their state of residence.
