How to register your Dutch branch?
For security in conducting business in the Netherlands, you would need to register your incorporated Dutch branch at the Dutch Trade Register.
The registration is done by filling in the registration forms with information about the branch, its incorporator and authorised representatives. The forms and supporting copies of identification documents should be filed with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce within one week after the incorporation of the branch. In addition, registration of your branch with the Dutch Tax authorities is also necessary. The Dutch authorities will determine the basis of your tax responsibility.
