How to register your company?
The registration of your Dutch company in the Dutch Trade Register should be done within a week after it has been incorporated. The registration should take place at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. The registration would provide you with the security in conducting business in the Netherlands. The company registration is normally done by the same Dutch notary who incorporated your company. Registration is done by filling in the registration forms with information for the new company, its incorporators and directors. You would require supportive identification documents. An accurate registration at the Dutch tax authorities is also imperative.
